Dine + Wine Event with Chef James

Come and enjoy a day out wine tasting and lunching on our newly built High Deck with panoramic views of the valley on March 17. The menu will feature a 4 course meal, with a different wine meticulously prepared for each course. Canapé: Tuna sashimi with a twist (paired with Elmswood Estate Brut de Brut)

Entrée: Duck with a tang (paired with Elmswood Estate Chardonnay)

Main: Rustic pork with shared sides (paired with Elmswood Estate Pinot Noir)

Dessert: Ending on a sweet note (paired with Elmswood Estate Dessert Wine)
